Raku vessel with a turquoise glaze. Due to the firing process each surface finish will be slightly different making the vessel itself unique. The lustres on the vessel are created when the flames envelope the glaze surface and starve it of oxygen. The intensity will differ depending on atmospheric conditions. This vessel is a decorative item and not suitable to hold liquids or food items.
